Job summary

PwC in the UK is seeking a Senior Associate to lead FP&A and EPM data/AI initiatives, delivering finance transformation for complex organisations. You will work across data platforms, AI capabilities, and enterprise platforms to enable intelligent performance management.

Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering on planning, budgeting, forecasting and governance, while developing skills through coaching and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing FP&A, EPM, analytics or finance transformation for large organisations.
• Translate business needs into data, analytics and AI capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design FP&A Data and AI solutions across planning and performance management.
• Lead workshops with Finance, Data and IT stakeholders.
• Design FP&A processes across revenue, OpEx/CapEx, forecasting.
• Build and test solutions on modern data platforms and ERP.
• Introduce AI and agentic capabilities into finance designs.
• Own deliverables and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Build client relationships and support asset development.
• Develop your finance transformation skills through coaching.
