Job summary

Finatal, a PE-backed international technology group, seeks a Group Head of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting across multiple entities. You will own forecasting models, provide robust insights, and support acquisition integration.

The role reports to the Group CFO and collaborates with senior stakeholders globally. You will build scalable planning capabilities, establish reporting standards, and mentor the FP&A team while shaping financial strategy for future growth and

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
• Significant FP&A experience including group planning and reporting.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Strong multi-entity and multi-currency reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own group-wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Build single source of truth across the business and provide insights.
• Lead acquisition integration and scalable planning development.
• Deliver board-quality MI, KPI reporting and variance analysis.
