Job summary

Travel Counsellors is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to transform our Financial Planning & Analysis capability. This highly commercial, technically strong role will own the FP&A model from P&L through cash flow and balance sheet impacts, guiding strategic decisions with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine deep financial modelling with exceptional business partnering, owning the FP&A data model, championing automation and AI to shape a modern, insight-led finance function.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Significant experience in a senior FP&A or Commercial Finance role.
Proven expertise developing integrated financial models linking P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Advanced Excel modelling skills.
Experience partnering with Executive teams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Experience improving finance processes through automation.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the integrated financial model with scenario analysis and strategic cases.
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning.
Ensure accuracy, integrity and scalability of FP&A outputs.
Lead month-end performance analysis and identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
Partner with Data/Tech teams to improve data quality and insights.
Champion AI and automation to improve forecasting and reporting.
