Job summary

WEP Clinical in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior Head of FP&A and Transformation to lead budgeting, forecasting, and finance transformation. You will partner with Finance, Operations and HR to deliver insights, drive efficiency, and support strategic decisions.

The role requires hands‑on financial modelling, process improvement and governance across multi‑entity operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive FP&A and business partnering experience, excellent

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
Proven FP&A and budgeting experience with executive reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasts and long‑term financial planning across revenue, margin, OPEX, EBITDA, cash flow and headcount.
Challenge forecast assumptions with business leaders and ensure alignment with pipeline and risks.
Prepare management reporting and board materials with concise performance commentary.
Improve data accuracy, reporting consistency and KPIs across finance and operations.
Partner with PM and Ops to link revenue, margin, backlog and cash to forecasts.
Provide senior business partnering on pricing, expenditures and resourcing with financial models.
Develop capacity, headcount and utilization plans with HR and BD inputs.
Define and deliver a finance transformation roadmap and benefits tracking.
Oversee system enhancements and data integration using Dynamics 365 and Power BI, with IT.
Champion AI/automation tools in finance while ensuring validation and security.
Lead and develop FP&A and finance data teams with clear priorities and standards.
Operate with delegated authority and escalate material risks to VP Finance.
