Job summary

SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced FP&A Reporting & Performance Management Consultant to lead the reporting workstream in a significant finance transformation. You will shape and optimise executive and board reporting, defining KPI frameworks and establishing scalable reporting capabilities.

This role involves close collaboration with CFOs, FP&A, and business stakeholders, ensuring robust reporting solutions aligned with financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering reporting workstreams within Finance or EPM transformation programmes.
• Strong background in executive reporting, management reporting, and board pack design.
• Ability to bridge Finance and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and optimisation of executive and board reporting processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Support implementation activities including workshops and testing.
