IFS is seeking a FP&A Senior Analyst for GTM Finance to drive analysis, consolidation and reporting of global go-to-market performance. You will partner with Regional and Global teams to translate insights into commercial actions, leveraging AI and automation to enhance speed and quality of finance analysis.

You will build robust models, forecast, and provide concise commentary on drivers behind changes, in a hybrid work environment that supports flexibility and collaboration.

Formación

• Strong FP&A experience in commercial finance or similar analytical role.
• Software or SaaS industry experience is essential.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and building models from scratch.
• Strong Excel and data skills with BI/planning tool experience.
• Interest in AI and automation with practical application in Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial models to understand GTM performance and forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis across actuals, forecasts and budgets and identify drivers.
• Break down performance into drivers: volume, mix, ACV, contract length, timing, currency.
• Analyze ARR movements: new business, expansion, renewals, churn and revenue flow.
• Investigate data gaps and inconsistencies and trace to source.
• Assess GTM costs and efficiency including sales productivity and profitability.
