Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-to-Market FP&A team, partnering with GTM leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investments that drive growth.

You will build driver-based models, monitor GTM metrics, lead month-end close, and deliver executive-ready dashboards for quarterly reviews while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and cross-functional partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience in SaaS or tech.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills to turn data into insights.
• Experience supporting GTM, sales or marketing organizations.
• Understanding of metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue and CAC.
• Experience with BI, planning and reporting tools (Salesforce, Workday, Hyperion/EP M, Power BI, Qlik).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with GTM leadership to provide financial insights, decision support and strategic recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range GTM planning including Opex and headcount.
• Build driver-based models to support forecasting, investments and performance analysis.
• Monitor GTM metrics and identify risks and opportunities for leaders.
• Lead month-end close, accruals, variance analysis, reporting and business reviews.
• Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses for growth initiatives and resource allocation.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages for reviews.
• Identify process improvements and automation to increase FP&A efficiency.
