Job summary

IFS is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst – GTM Finance in the UK to join a global finance team. You will model, analyse and report on GTM performance across bookings, ARR, revenue, and costs, partnering with regional finance leaders. The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics and process automation to drive insights.

You will own forecasting, variance analysis and data quality, building scalable financial models and clear management commentary for commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Software or SaaS industry experience is essential.
• Excellent financial modelling skills.
• Strong Excel and data skills with BI/planning tools.
• Genuine interest in AI and automation.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models to understand GTM performance and support forecasting, planning and decision-making.
• Support variance analysis across actuals, forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers behind movements.
• Break performance into commercial drivers: volume, mix, ACV, ARR, timing and currency.
• Analyse ARR movements (new business, expansion, renewals, churn) and relate to software revenue and P&L.
• Investigate gaps and inconsistencies, tracing to source data.
• Analyse GTM costs and efficiency including sales productivity and cost to serve.
• Consolidate GTM actuals, forecasts and plans across regions.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly GTM reporting with reconciled numbers.
• Support annual budgets and forecast cycles with regional/global teams.
• Develop clear commentary explaining changes and implications.
• Leverage AI, automation and dashboards to enhance FP&A workflows.
