Global Fashion Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst for Group Shared Functions in London, with a hybrid work setup. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and cost business partnering for holding entities, partnering with Group Finance and Treasury.

You will drive AI-enabled process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver monthly performance reporting. Proficiency with Excel and tools like SAP ByDesign or OneStream is desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with international, multi-currency experience in management accounts, variance analysis and budgeting/forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex cost data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to partner with non-finance teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail; accurate preparation of performance packs and reports.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, varied workloads and rapidly evolving processes.
• Experience with Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with EPM tools is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own quarterly planning/forecast cycles and annual budget for GSF holding entities.
• Coordinate budget and in-year forecast processes, challenge assumptions and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Develop high-quality projections and scenarios for GSF expenses.
• Produce Monthly Business Review packs with P&L, free cash flow and working capital commentary.
• Prepare management accounts and improve reporting for Singapore holding entity.
• Deliver GSF-level explanations and commentary on results.
• Provide visibility of cost actuals vs budget to stakeholders and tech product owners.
• Deliver long-term payment/cash forecasts to Group Treasury.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, People & Culture, Legal and SEA Finance.
• Identify and lead AI-enabled improvements; test, implement automation and ensure value is demonstrated.
• Lead Intercompany Optimisation Project: review IC loan framework, update loan agreements, automate interest tracking and optimise cash settlements.
