Job summary

IFS is a global software company seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst for GTM finance. You will build and maintain robust financial models, analyze ARR and GTM cost drivers, and provide clear commercial insights across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably supporting sales or GTM teams.
• Software or SaaS industry experience is essential.
• Excellent financial modelling built from scratch.
• Strong Excel and data skills with BI/planning tools.
• Interest in AI and automation for practical finance use.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to understand GTM performance.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, forecasts, budgets.
• Break down performance into drivers: volume, mix, ACV, timing, currency.
• Analyse ARR movements and revenue recognition effects.
• Investigate inconsistencies and trace issues to source.
• Analyse GTM costs and sales efficiency and profitability.
• Support consolidation of GTM actuals and forecasts.
• Create concise commentary explaining changes.
• Develop data models and dashboards for GTM reporting.
• Work with large datasets from CRM, ERP, planning systems.
