Job summary

Global Fashion Group SGP Services PTE LTD in London is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own the Group Shared Functions planning, forecasting and cost business partnering across the UK and regional entities. Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in management accounts and budgeting/forecasting.
• Analytical capability to draw insights from complex financial data.
• Strong communication and partnering skills with non-finance stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail in performance packs and reports.
• Adaptable and able to manage fast-paced, multi-workload environments.
• Solid systems competence; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with EPM tools.
• Ability to identify AI/automation opportunities and lead improvements.
• Willingness to continuously learn and apply new methods.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly planning/forecast cycles and annual budget for GSF holding entities.
• Coordinate budget and in-year forecast processes, challenge assumptions and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality financial projections and scenarios around key drivers of expenses.
• Produce Monthly Business Review (MBR) packs with detailed P&L, free cash flow and working capital commentary.
• Prepare management accounts and improve reporting for GFG Singapore holding entity.
• Deliver GSF-level results explanations and commentary.
• Provide visibility of cost actuals vs budget to key stakeholders and tech product owners.
• Deliver long-term payment/cash forecasts to Group Treasury.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, People & Culture, Legal, and SEA Finance.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and drive implementation; ensure data quality and documentation.
• Lead Intercompany loan framework optimization and cash settlement improvements between entities.
