Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts to own technical strategy across a portfolio of high-value global customers. You’ll lead with senior stakeholders, align with KAMs, and drive multi-use case deployments that embed AI Agents into core workflows.

You’ll work across Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Professional Services, and Product Ownership, delivering high-impact, scalable outcomes with cross-functional teams and deep customer partnership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting or equivalent.
• Autonomy with senior stakeholders.
• Strong API/webhook knowledge.
• Hands-on with low-code orchestration tools.
• Proficient in scripting (JS/Python).
• Experience in account-based motions.

Responsibilities

• Own a sustained, embedded relationship with each portfolio account as the technical authority on agentic AI.
• Partner with the KAM on a joint account plan, owning the technical roadmap and execution.
• Land first use case quickly and drive expansion to additional use cases.
• Run an ongoing discovery cadence to surface new automation opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor on agentic strategy and AI roadmap.
• Lead discovery sessions mapping processes and defining solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low/no‑code tools and CRM connectors.
• Configure and optimise the AI Agent with tailored prompts and metrics.
• Manage cross-functional deployments across timelines and scope.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve blockers and feed learnings.
• Create scalable templates, playbooks, and reference architectures.
