Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer (AI Solutions) for the UKI market, based in London. The role blends technical consulting, solutions engineering, and product ownership to deliver AI-powered workflows.

You’ll connect AI Agents with CRMs, help desks, and communications tools, while driving adoption and enabling teams across GTM and product groups. You’ll lead design sessions, deploy integrations, and build reusable frameworks.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Hands-on with low-code orchestration tools and CRM automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and CRM automation tools with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share field learnings for product improvements.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent—defining intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and metrics.
• Manage complex cross-functional deployments with timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks to speed future projects.
