Job summary

Uniphore is seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end solution development for large enterprise AI deployments. You will manage technical strategy, design quality, and roadmaps for Agentic AI rollouts, serving as the primary technical contact from integration design through post-deployment optimization.

You will translate ambiguous requirements into structured engineering plans, customize platform components, and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years engineering experience
• 3+ years in customer-facing or Frontline Deployment roles
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML or data-intensive apps in production
• Strong full-stack skills and cloud familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery for multiple high-stakes deployments
• Define technical strategy and roadmaps for Agentic AI rollouts
• Be the primary technical contact from integration design to post-deployment optimization
