Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to deliver low-code AI solutions connecting AI Agents with CRMs and help desks. You will lead design sessions, implement integrations, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scale deployments.

This is a hands-on, hybrid, revenue-driving role across Solutions Engineering, Consulting, and Product Ownership, not a pure software engineering position.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Practical understanding of AI workflow configuration, including prompts and monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice-to-haves: familiarity with telephony/voice systems, Looker/BigQuery, scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and design sessions to map business processes and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility and share field learnings.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent, defining intents and performance metrics.
• Manage complex deployments across stakeholders, timelines, and scope.
• Create reusable frameworks and templates to speed future projects.
• Enable team learning through workshops and best-practices documentation.
• Drive outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and accelerate adoption with marketing.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to embed routines for pipeline and forecasting.
• Own regional top-line targets by coordinating with AEs and AMs.
• Act as internal product owner within GTM, aligning with cross-functional teams.
• Shape AI Voice Agent roadmap with Product and PMM feedback.
• Drive internal education for System Integrators and channel partners.
• Stay aware of AI and CX trends to keep aircall competitive.
