Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL, Python, React and web development frameworks preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout their journey.
• Evaluate use cases and identify opportunities to integrate voice AI into product roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers with asynchronous, high-quality support.
• Lead commercial and project meetings demonstrating value of voice AI capabilities.
