EY is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Developer to join our AI & Automation team. You will design and implement AI agents, automate business processes, and collaborate across functions to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes building and evaluating AI solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and delivering production-ready features within secure guardrails. Applicants should have a strong portfolio and be versed in Python/TypeScript and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/AI or related field.
Proven AI developer experience with a portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
GIT/version control understanding.
Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.
Familiarity with data manipulation tools like Pandas/NumPy/SQL.
Experience with Power Platform incl. Power Apps/Power Automate/Dataverse.
Cloud basics for SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents and automation tools for complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
Build and orchestrate LLM agents, including prompts and retrieval.
Test agent behaviour and handle uncertainty in outputs.
Work across Power Platform and enterprise environments with lifecycle management.
Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs (Graph/REST/SQL/SharePoint).
Develop cloud-native skills on Azure and AWS.
