Job summary

EY is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Developer to join our team as a Senior Associate. The candidate will design and implement AI agents and automation tools, work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs, and build LLM-based solutions across the Power Platform and cloud environments.

You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, from design through production, while maintaining documentation and practicing secure development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven AI developer experience with project portfolio.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Git/version control knowledge.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/Dataverse).
• Cloud basics and familiarity with SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve complex problems and improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Build and orchestrate LLM agents, including prompts, grounding, and retrieval.
• Test agent behavior and handle uncertainty in outputs.
• Develop cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS and leverage their AI services.
• Support full delivery lifecycle from design to production and live operation.
• Document code, processes, and methodologies for maintainability.
