Job summary

Corrigenda Group Limited seeks a Senior Account Manager to own end-to-end delivery, performance, and commercial management of a major Hampshire County Council Term Maintenance Contract. You will lead across multiple service streams, ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong client relationships.

You will bridge strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, driving financial objectives, governance, and continuous improvement across PPM, reactive works, and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within FM, maintenance, or construction.
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-service contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability (P&L ownership).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing technical managers.
• Strong client-facing experience in a public sector or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for overall contract performance across all service streams.
• Provide leadership, direction, and performance oversight across Technical Services Managers.
• Ensure alignment between operational delivery, commercial performance, and contractual obligations.
• Act as the senior escalation point for operational, commercial, and contractual matters.
• Establish governance and performance frameworks across all workstreams.
• Lead strategic and operational review meetings with Hampshire County Council.
