Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for Hard FM / M&E in Greater London. You will lead delivery of mechanical, electrical and building-services maintenance, managing SLAs, KPIs and client relationships to drive performance and compliance.

You will oversee engineers, subcontractors and a supported team, planning maintenance programmes and ensuring health & safety and RAMS compliance across contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Hard FM / M&E contracts within Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Take operational and commercial ownership of Hard FM contracts.
• Manage delivery of planned and reactive M&E maintenance.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Lead Supervisors, Engineers and Contract Support.
• Plan annual maintenance programmes and ensure statutory PPM is completed.
• Manage specialist M&E subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Ensure engineering teams use simPRO to manage maintenance activity.
• Produce and manage quotations for mechanical, electrical and building fabric works.
• Manage contract budgets with P&L accountability.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks and opportunities.
• Hold regular client meetings and develop monthly performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.
