Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to own a portfolio of facilities management contracts across London and the South of England. You’ll lead operational delivery and commercial performance, building trusted client relationships and ensuring services are delivered to SLAs and KPIs.

This is a client-facing role with multi-site oversight, working with internal teams and suppliers to drive value, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for service improvement while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts or a multi-site facilities portfolio.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing contract financial performance.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs and performance management.
• Willingness to travel across London and the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational and commercial ownership of a portfolio of FM contracts across London and the South of England.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted partner for their facilities requirements.
• Ensure contractual SLAs, KPIs and internal performance measures are consistently achieved.
• Manage service delivery across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Produce and present performance information during client and internal review meetings.
• Supporting mobilisation, service improvement and other projects across the Business Unit as required.
