Job summary

FM Conway is recruiting a Contract Manager to lead end-to-end delivery within our Term Maintenance division in London. The role requires coordinating clients, supervisors and subcontractors while ensuring resources, performance and invoicing align with project goals.

You will work with the Head of Contracts and hold a CSCS card, a degree or equivalent, and a construction-related qualification such as NVQ Level 6, HNC or HND. Travel to other locations is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage resources across projects.
• Strong cost control and budgeting skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-planning, pre-programming and delivery of works with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Coordinate clients, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Collaborate with Head of Contracts to communicate and deliver contract requirements.
• Ensure works programme is fully resourced with labour, plant and materials.
• Oversee project performance and monthly invoicing accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage a team of supervisors to complete works on time and to standard.
