ARM International is recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to lead Hard FM services within a major healthcare environment. You will oversee a large operational site, ensuring strong governance, safety, and performance while managing budgets and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Hard FM services across a large operational site.

• Lead transformation, service improvement and change initiatives.
• Manage operational risks and complex issues, making effective strategic decisions.
• Support recruitment, performance management, training, development and employee engagement.

• Ensure robust governance, procedures and controls are maintained across the contract.
