Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced FM Pricing Estimator to own pricing across IFM and single-service bids, acting as the commercial lead in a multi-disciplinary bid team. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of FM tender pricing, translating operations into competitive pricing submissions balanced for risk and value.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of end-to-end FM/IFM tender pricing.
• Experience building robust commercial pricing models.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to lead bid pricing workstreams and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable pricing lead on IFM and single-service bids.
• Own and develop end-to-end pricing models (labour, costing, scenario modelling).
• Lead the pricing workstream within the bid team and coordinate key stakeholders.
• Translate operational solutions into robust commercial submissions.
• Identify, quantify and manage risk and opportunity within bids.
• Support governance processes and clearly articulate pricing decisions.
• Contribute to mobilisation and transition pricing.
• Continuously improve pricing methodologies and bid processes.
