Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced FM Pricing Estimator to own pricing across IFM and single-service bids. You will act as the commercial lead within a multi-disciplinary bid team, translating operational solutions into competitive pricing submissions that balance risk, value and customer requirements.

You will take full ownership of labour modelling, rostering, customer pricing templates and mobilisation pricing, ensuring outputs are accurate and defensible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FM/IFM tender pricing.
• Ability to translate operational solutions into pricing submissions.
• Strong Excel and commercial modelling capability.
• Proven track record in bid pricing within outsourcing environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable pricing lead on IFM and single-service bids.
• Own end-to-end pricing models (labour, costing, scenario modelling).
• Lead the pricing workstream within the bid team and coordinate stakeholders.
• Translate operational solutions into robust commercial submissions.
• Identify, quantify and manage risk and opportunity within bids.
• Support governance processes and articulate pricing decisions clearly.
• Contribute to mobilisation and transition pricing.
• Continuously improve pricing methodologies and bid processes.
