Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior FM Pricing Estimator to own end-to-end tender pricing across IFM and single-service bids in the UK & Ireland. You will lead pricing workstreams, develop robust commercial models and collaborate with bid management, operations and procurement to win.

The ideal candidate has proven FM/IFM bid pricing experience, advanced Excel modelling skills and the ability to translate delivery requirements into competitive commercial proposals while managing risk and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end FM / IFM tender pricing.
• Strong Excel modelling and commercial understanding.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into competitive submissions.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the accountable pricing lead on IFM and single-service opportunities.
• Developing and owning end-to-end pricing models, including labour loading, rostering, reactive maintenance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Working with BD, Bid Management, Operations and Procurement to develop compelling customer solutions.
• Translating delivery models into robust competitive submissions.
• Identifying, quantifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Supporting governance with clear pricing assumptions and outcomes.
• Developing commercial strategies balancing customer needs with profitability and risk.
