Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd seeks a pricing and estimating Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their Corporate Services division. In this role, you will lead pricing analysis for complex bids and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. Candidates with recent experience in IFM Estimating/Pricing or FM Operations are ideal.

Your responsibilities include supporting sales negotiations, improving bidding effectiveness, and contributing to UK & Ireland sales growth. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI, is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent outsourcing experience in IFM Estimating/Pricing or FM Operations.
• Ability to interpret complex customer requirements.
• Demonstrable knowledge of FM services.
