Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Procurement Growth Manager (FM) to drive procurement across new bids and client retention opportunities. You will lead sourcing strategies, engage suppliers, and negotiate contracts, coordinating with Sales, Bid Managers, and Operations to deliver compliant and commercially robust FM solutions.

The role requires graduate calibre with CIPS, strong stakeholder management, and experience in FM procurement.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with CIPS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in FM procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of FM categories (lift maintenance, fire & security, water treatment, electrical services, and other Hard/Soft FM).
• Experience managing subcontractors and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and deliver commercial value.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activity for new bids and contract retentions.
• Manage the RFQ process and secure competitive supplier quotations.
• Build relationships with preferred suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements to deliver best value.
• Work with stakeholders to develop compliant and competitive FM solutions.
• Drive use of Sodexo's preferred supply chain across opportunities.
• Support the transition from bid award to mobilisation.
• Ensure procurement aligns with governance and category strategies.
