North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead the Bolton workshop. You will manage daily workshop operations, supervise technicians and ensure all Trust vehicles are serviced and maintained to DVSA standards.

The role requires an apprenticeship in Motor Vehicle maintenance (or equivalent), plus NVQ/C&G Level 3 and supervisory experience. A full UK driving licence (C1/D1) is essential, with a focus on safe, compliant vehicle management.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 Mechanics or equivalent (City & Guilds).
• Diploma or certificate in vehicle workshop management or related supervisory experience.
• Full UK driving licence with C1/D1 (or working towards).

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fleet workshop and staff.
• Ensure servicing, repair and maintenance to DVSA and Trust standards.
• Supervise vehicle technicians, apprentices, drivers and workshop assistants.
• Coordinate maintenance across Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid and EV fleets.
