Job summary
Northgate Vehicle Hire is recruiting a Workshop Manager to lead a busy workshop across our UK network. You will coach and develop the team, optimise efficiency, and ensure top‑quality service for customers and suppliers.
A strong technical background (NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Light Maintenance) and proven workshop leadership are essential. The salary includes £45,540 basic with a bonus of up to 10% per year, across a 42.5 hour week, plus a comprehensive benefits package and career

- Qualified technical expert with Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in Light Maintenance.
- Solid workshop management background and ability to drive efficiency.
- Strong people skills and coaching mindset for a high-performing team.
- Customer service focus with delivery of reliable service to customers and suppliers.
