Halfords is seeking a proactive people manager to lead the Fleet Support Team within the F4F function. You will ensure data integrity, oversee system setups and liaise with the F4F management team and HCFS colleagues to drive efficiency and effective service delivery.

You will empower the team, develop capabilities and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes while adapting to change in a hybrid Stafford-based role.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading teams or managing colleagues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage authorisation and fleet data activities for the Fleet Support Team.
• Oversee attendance portal and salary/overtime data for the team.
• Oversee initial customer and supplier system setup and subsequent changes.
• Collaborate with F4F management and HCFS teams across activities.
• Develop team skills and review performance regularly.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and apply problem-solving skills.
