Job summary

Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in Chichester for a 12-month maternity cover. The role is hybrid and requires a qualified accountant with strong reporting experience.

You will lead monthly packs, ensure reconciliations, payroll checks, and robust financial controls. The successful candidate will have IFRS knowledge, ERP systems experience, and the ability to improve processes while working with senior management.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong financial and management reporting experience.
• Ability to think flexibly, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in IFRS and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts packs.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and perform payroll checks.
• Drive financial controls and ensure internal audit compliance.
• Document and standardise financial processes and procedures.
• Support financial reporting obligations for the business unit.
• Maintain fixed asset register and IFRS16 lease reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations with group finance.
