Job summary

Yell is seeking ambitious, proactive Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team. You will drive growth through hunting for new business, tailoring digital marketing solutions, and closing deals with new and existing clients across the UK.

You’ll manage accounts up to 12 months post-sale, analyze opportunities for ROI, and work with top brands in a fast-growing digital marketing sector. A competitive base salary plus uncapped earnings and comprehensive perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads, you'll open doors to new clients
• Tailoring Solutions: Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to fully understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions
• Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth
• Client Management: Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and up to 12 months post-sale
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI
