Job summary

Catch 22 is recruiting a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the Estates & Facilities team in Manchester City Centre. The role supports offices across Manchester and beyond, helping ensure safe, well-maintained and welcoming environments for colleagues and visitors.

The ideal candidate has commercial facilities management experience, coordinates maintenance activities, and can manage contractor relationships while keeping up with health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial facilities management.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and contractor activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of workplace health & safety practices (IOSH Managing Safely beneficial).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Manage contractor and supplier relationships.
• Support health & safety, compliance and workplace audits.
• Maintain facilities records, systems and reporting.
• Assist with office moves, refurbishments and day-to-day facilities operations.
• Support service charge budgets, leasing, procurement and purchase orders.
• Work closely with and deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager when required.
