Manchester City Council is seeking a Facilities Officer to lead development and maintenance of service delivery standards within the Growth and Development Directorate. The role requires driving compliance, health and safety, and effective use of information systems.

Successful candidates will manage resources and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring high-quality facilities services across council operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and service delivery standards.
• Ability to manage data and information for reporting.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and maintenance of service delivery standards.
• Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place to support service delivery needs.
• Maintain systems to record, retain and enable data sharing for trend identification and decision making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers ensuring compliance with specifications and Health & Safety.
• Manage resources, including human and financial, potentially via direct or matrix management.
