Job summary

Catch 22 are recruiting an Assistant Building Manager for a prestigious commercial office development near Trafford. You will support the Senior Building Manager to deliver facilities management, contractor performance, tenant engagement and HSE compliance across the estate.

Working Monday to Friday, you will gain exposure to budgets, service charges and supplier performance while helping manage projects and minor works on site. A strong FM background is essential.

Qualifications

• FM experience within a commercial environment.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification is essential.
• Strong knowledge of contractor management.
• Experience with hard and soft FM services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing hard and soft service contractors
• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Building strong relationships with occupiers and tenants
• Conducting site inspections and health & safety audits
• Assisting with budgets, service charges and supplier performance reviews
