NRL is seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Manager for the Manchester (Deansgate) office. The role covers day-to-day office operations, supplier liaison, and project coordination to ensure a professional and welcoming workplace.

The successful candidate will manage budgeting, maintenance, health and safety compliance, and onboarding of new starters, with a 12-month contract and on-site pattern in Manchester. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Solid budgeting, supplier management and basic financial processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism.
  • Strong communication abilities when liaising with staff, suppliers and visitors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Manchester office, ensuring it remains safe, professional and well maintained.
  • Act as the main point of contact for facilities, buildings and office-related matters, working with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance and contractor activity, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and consumables to maintain working order and stock levels.
  • Support budgeting, expenditure monitoring and invoice processing for office-related costs.
  • Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance, including relevant checks and documentation.
  • Oversee office security and access systems and ensure consistent application of safety procedures.
  • Deliver local onboarding, ensuring a welcoming induction for new starters.

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Office & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to‑day running of our Manchester (Deansgate) office. Manchester, Deansgate - 5 days on site. Easily accessible via train / tram.
