Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a facilities/engineering leader responsible for contract management, and operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plant within the portfolio. You will manage the Engineering team, ensure CBRE compliance, and deliver client-focused reporting and meetings.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with CBRE Area Managers to resolve contract issues while ensuring service excellence across the building operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services industry.
• Formal electrical or mechanical training to City and Guilds level, preferably ONC/HNC or Higher.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team of technicians.
• Understanding of Health and Safety issues; NEBOSH/IOSH desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good level of English and Mathematics; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team on contracts.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE processes and attend client meetings.
• Deliver weekly operations reports and maintain client relationships.
• Review operating procedures and improve working practices and contingencies.
• Maintain quality across facilities and ensure effective staffing.
