Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Portsmouth seeks a Contract Manager to lead the contract management of staff and the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, ensuring building performance. You will manage the Engineering team daily, comply with CBRE processes, and deliver weekly client reports and attend meetings.

The role focuses on developing financial plans for revenue, profit, and cost reduction while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management within facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building services legislation.
• NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent training desirable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management of staff, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services and building performance.
• Daily management of Engineering team and adherence to CBRE processes.
• Prepare weekly operations report and participate in client meetings.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue, cost reduction and contract growth.
• Maintain customer-focused relationships with key client contacts.
• Lead and contribute to management meetings and communications.
• Provide training and development planning to ensure staff competence.
