Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, assign work orders, and provide technical and procedural training of coworkers and subcontractors.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and downtime to reduce business interruption.
• Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program for building machinery and systems.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing) to meet design specifications.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by engineering staff.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate additional support as needed.
