Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Bradford is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the staff, operation and maintenance of all services, project works and building performance for a high-profile client.

You will manage the Engineering team daily, ensure compliance with CBRE processes, drive continuous improvement, report to the client weekly, and maintain strong relationships with client contacts while delivering service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services or Critical Environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety principles (NEBOSH/IOSH desirable).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Contract management of staff, operation and maintenance of all services, project works and building performance.
• Daily management of the Engineering team and compliance with CBRE processes.
• Direct, instruct and manage CBRE staff and SSPs to follow working practices.
• Prepare weekly operations report for the client and participate in weekly client meetings.
• Report promptly to CBRE and Contracts Senior Management on issues affecting building operations.
• Develop and review operating procedures, implementing improvements and contingency plans.
