Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Portsmouth is recruiting a Contract Manager to oversee the contract management of staff, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, and building performance.

You will lead the Engineering team, develop financial plans, ensure safety compliance, and foster strong client relationships while delivering regular reports and training to staff.

Qualifications

• Contract management experience and knowledge of building services.
• Experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of health and safety issues (NEBOSH/IOSH) desirable.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management of staff, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, and building performance.
• Daily management of the Engineering team, ensuring compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures.
• Prepare weekly operations reports and participate in client meetings as requested.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue, profit delivery, WIP reduction and cost management.
• Maintain customer focus and strong relationships with client contacts.
• Provide leadership and training, ensure staff competency and development.
