Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Nottingham seeks a Contract Manager to oversee the staff, operations and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. You will lead the engineering team, drive financial plans, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will manage daily activities, deliver weekly reports, and contribute to strategic discussions while developing training to reach future potential.

Qualifications

• Previous contract management experience and knowledge of building services and legislation.
• Experience in Facilities Management; technical background desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians/operatives.
• Understanding of Health and Safety issues; NEBOSH/IOSH desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver required services within time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Contract management of staff and operation/maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, project works and building performance.
• Daily management of the Engineering team with adherence to CBRE processes.
• Prepare and present weekly operations reports to the client and attend client meetings.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue, profit, and cost reduction.
• Maintain customer focus and strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Contribute to management meetings and prepare publications and reports as needed.
• Provide training and development planning to ensure staff competencies and growth.
• Full JD can be provided upon application.
