Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Nottingham is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract staff and the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services. You will lead the Engineering team, ensure compliance with CBRE processes, and deliver weekly client reports.

The role emphasizes development of financial plans for revenue and profit, cost reduction, and ensuring excellent client relationships and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Contract management experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of building services and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication and leadership of technicians/operatives.
• Health and Safety training such as NEBOSH/IOSH desirable.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract staff and oversee staff, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.
• Lead Engineering team and ensure compliance with CBRE processes and procedures.
• Prepare weekly operations reports and attend client meetings.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue, profit, WIP reduction and contract growth.
• Maintain customer focus and strong client relationships across operations.
• Provide training and development planning to ensure staff competence and growth.
