Job summary

BJF Group is seeking a Contract Manager for its Southwest Projects within Facilities Management. You will lead day-to-day contract delivery, ensure statutory and contractual compliance, and act as the main liaison with the client facilities management team to drive performance and growth.

You will manage a team, oversee maintenance programmes, and ensure robust governance, financial control, and service continuity across diverse client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing maintenance contracts and service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and client liaison skills.
• Ability to develop and implement contract financial plans and budgets.
• Lead and develop the contract team to meet financial and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance ensuring statutory/commercial compliance.
• Oversee supply chain performance and documentation.
• Manage site assets and CAFM system updates.
• Liaise with the client and manage priorities, performance, escalation.
