Job summary

BJF Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Facilities Management division, supporting the FM Core delivery team across multiple sites. You will develop customer briefs into robust works scopes, price minor works, and maintain a Small Works pipeline while delivering cost-effective solutions.

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will build a strong client relationship, coordinate with contractors on site, manage costs, and identify additional opportunities beyond

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel to create management reports for Small Works.
• Ability to collaborate with on-site contractors and vendors.
• Proven track record delivering Small/Minor Works.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective solutions through capital replacement of estate assets.
• Develop the customer brief into a robust scope of works and submit prices and timescales to maintain Small Works pipeline.
• Manage client relationships with the FM Core team and regular progress updates.
• Identify and develop additional works beyond the existing pipeline through condition reports and asset lifecycle failures.
