Job summary

BJF Group in Sandhurst, UK seeks a Contract Manager within its Facilities Management division to oversee day-to-day contractual and operational delivery, ensuring compliance and client liaison, and delivering planned maintenance in line with policy.

You will lead a team, drive financial performance, manage peaks in workload, and support small works and projects, with a focus on service continuity and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing facilities management contracts and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of statutory and contractual compliance in FM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver planned and reactive maintenance services, ensuring full statutory and contractual compliance.
• Oversee supply chain performance, ensuring service standards, certification, and documentation are met.
• Manage site assets, maintenance programmes, and CAFM system updates.
• Act as the main operational liaison with the client, managing priorities, performance, and escalation processes.
• Provide management information, cost control, and support chargeable and additional works to drive contract growth.
• Support small works and projects, including scoping, delivery, and handover where required.
• Ensure effective site management, staffing structures, succession planning, and service continuity.
• Maintain strong financial and commercial control, adhering to procurement, governance, and cost management processes.
• Develop and deliver contract financial plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and continuous improvement.
