Job summary

BJF Group is expanding its Facilities Management division and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Small Works team across Wiltshire sites. You will translate client briefs into robust scopes, price minor works, and drive delivery through to completion while maintaining excellent client relations.

The role requires a proactive FM professional who can price and manage works without heavy subcontractor reliance, aligning with our collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel for management reports on Small Works.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors on-site.
• Sign-off and manage work through an appointed person.
• Support FM Core in delivering contractual requirements.
• Control costs to prevent uplift or scope creep.
• Be proactive and client-focused; adapt to changing needs.
• Proven track record of delivering Small/Minor Works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Small Works pipeline from pricing to delivery.
• Develop client brief into a robust scope of works and timelines.
• Prepare prices and delivery timeframes for the pipeline.
• Identify and generate additional works via condition reports and asset failures.
