Job summary

BJF Group, a leading multi-discipline Main Contractor in the UK, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the profitable delivery of extra works and projects in the Southwest Facilities Management division.

You will drive P&L performance, build a high-performing delivery team, and ensure safety, quality and client expectations are met. Reporting to the Head of Projects Southwest, you will manage client relationships and identify revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management and delivery.
• Strong people management and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
• Experience estimating and submitting tenders/quotations.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and CDM.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance with P&L accountability.
• Build a high-performing projects delivery team with self-delivery capability.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance to world-class standards.
