Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead recladding works on two luxury residential blocks in Portishead as part of a long-term programme. The role requires managing cladding subcontractors, coordinating with clients and commercial teams, and delivering a high-quality façade package on a live, occupied site.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in external envelope systems, multi-storey projects, and a strong QA mindset.

Qualifications

Experience delivering cladding, façade, or recladding works.
Strong understanding of external envelope systems and installation.
Experience on multi-storey projects.
Confident managing subcontractors and taking ownership of delivery.
Strong QA and quality focus.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of recladding / façade works across two multi-storey buildings.
Take ownership of programme, quality and overall delivery.
Manage cladding subcontractors and coordinate with client and commercial teams.
Oversee installation including cladding systems, substructure, insulation and fire-rated components.
Work within a live / occupied residential environment.
Drive QA, compliance, safety and build quality.
Lead coordination beyond site delivery, including programme and commercial interfaces.
